Halloween

Happy All Hallow’s Eve to everyone! I thought I’d take the holiday as an opportunity to post about the projects I’ve been working on all month. Today marked the debut of:

  • Wander #2 – The epic tale of a sarcastic grad student in a fantasy world continues!

Also, this year, Rich Ellis and I went all out on our Halloween costumes! As Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield from the original Resident Evil game, we were pretty badass.

We also took a prom picture.

New Periscope Studio Member

It’s been mentioned somewhat stealthily since early July, but I can now officially announce that I’m the newest member of Periscope Studio! It is such an honor to work alongside such talented professionals. There’s a press release about my joining here.

As one of my earliest acts as a member, I teamed up with the fantastic Natalie Nourigat to produce two original Legend of Korra illustrations! The first one sold just a day or two after it posted, and the second one went up today. If the listing still remains, act fast to add it to your collection! Below I’ve posted a digitally colored version for your viewing pleasure:

HeroesCon and Hints

The convention season is upon us!

This weekend, I will be at Heroescon table AA-324, alongside Memorial artist Rich Ellis. We’ll have all kinds of things at the table, including a promotional postcard for my upcoming project. I can’t say much about it now, but you may find a hint in this Newsarama article!

In addition, I’ll have a limited edition Legend of Korra print that I’ll be posting here after the con. In the meantime, here’s a Black Widow sketch I did for love of Avengers:

Commissions for Kitty

As some of my Facebook friends and deviantART watchers might know, a lovely four-year-old tabby named Cleo will be sharing my residence permanently! I’ve been taking commissions in exchange for things on my Amazon wishlist to get the pretty kitty all situated. Here are the pieces I’ve completed so far!
