Much News

It’s been a while since I’ve posted, for the sole reason that I’ve been crazy busy! I recently finished up a short story for Justin Zimmerman called Ground Control, to be published in the first Other Worlds trade paperback. Above is a double page spread from it, and below is another page. If you like what you see, check back regularly for more info about getting your hands on a copy! But that’s not that all! I’ve also finished up the colors on issue #2 of Memorial, the upcoming series from IDW by Chris Roberson and Rich Ellis. The first issue will be out December 14th, so preorder your copy now! If you want to read some pages and seee proof of its excellence, try here.

Also, I colored the frightening yet festive Johnny Zombie webcomic, created by the amazing Karl Kesel and featuring some sharp pencils by David Hahn. New pages are up every Monday and Thursday. There are few comics of this caliber on the Internet or off, so check it out!

ALSO: I was interviewed on the PDX Comics Blog and my fanart for Bucko was posted on the site! Both huge honors.

And finally, I submitted a piece for ECCC’s 2012 Monsters and Dames book! Here’s a preview:

Ground Control

Two things to share today! The first is character designs for the comic Ground Control, which I am doing for Justin Zimmerman’s Other Worlds.

And the second is a quick colored piece of two characters belonging to the epic comic I worked on between the ages 12 and 16. You know that project… the ridiculously self indulgent one you constantly redesign and rework but never get very far on because you’re a kid? Yeah. I still want to do this one someday.
